LoopList ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").

LoopList is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it. If you are under 18, you may use LoopList only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your username, email, and password.
• Usage Information: We may collect data about how you use the App, including lists, tasks, and interactions.

• Subscription Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect payment information through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your payment card details directly.
• Advertising Information: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, and usage patterns to serve personalized ads. This data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.

  • Firebase (Google) for backend services and analytics
  • RevenueCat for subscription management
  • Google AdMob for advertising services

How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your LoopList account in the app by navigating to Profile --> Delete Account. If you would like to request us to delete your account and associated data, please:

Send an email to: support@looplistapp.com

• Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Provide the email address associated with your LoopList account
• We will process your request within 30 days

    Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your user profile and account information
• All lists created by you
• Your messages and activity history
• Friend connections and relationships
• All personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

    After account deletion:

• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Some anonymized usage analytics may be retained for service improvement
• Legal compliance data may be retained as required by law
