LoopList – Terms of Service

Welcome to LoopList! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoopList mobile application ("App") and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LoopList. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use LoopList with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you register for LoopList, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to use LoopList only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.

LoopList allows users to create and share content including messages, list names, list items, and display names. You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the App.

Prohibited Content and Behavior:

• Contains harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other users,
• Includes discriminatory language or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics,
• Contains spam, repetitive messages or attempts at impersonating the LoopList company,
• Includes profanity, vulgar language, or sexually explicit content,
• Violates the privacy rights of others or shares personal information without consent,
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or contains copyrighted material without permission,
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable laws or regulations,
• Contains malicious content, viruses, or attempts to compromise the security of the App

Reporting and Moderation:

We provide tools for users to report content that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms. We may also take action against user accounts, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

User Blocking:

You may block other users to prevent them from interacting with you. Blocked users will not be able to send you messages or add you to lists.

Subscription Plans:

LoopList offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing:

All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment method will be charged through your respective app store account. We do not directly process or store payment information.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Refunds:

Refund requests are subject to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds for subscription purchases.

Changes to Subscription Terms:

We may modify subscription pricing or terms with advance notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

 LoopList displays advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests and usage patterns. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, but you may still be charged for any remaining subscription period.

LoopList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopList and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

LoopList and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LoopList will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
